TODAY:
1) 6 egg whites + 4 whole eggs + 1 slice cheese + 2 strips Turkey bacon
2) 2 scoops whey + 2.5 Tblspn NPB
3) 1.5 Turkey burgers + 2 Tblspn NPB
4) 2 scoop whey + 2.5 Tblspn NPB
5) 8 oz Lean beef + veggies + salad with 1 Tblspn olive oil
6) 2 scoops whey + 2.5 Tblspn NPB
That's the kind of post I like to see...

Looking good. How's your bodyweight? Are you doing much cardio? BW fluctuates greatly.. I am losing about 1/2 - 1 LB per week I'd say.. I am at about 193-194 right now. Still behind. Cardio: 50 minutes - an hour walking Jule outside, then I was doing 30 minutes on Incl program at night. I feel as though the 30 extra minutes is too much. I get off and feel very shakey and the next morning I am flat.. Whenever I miss a cardio day i look much better the next day. Go figure! All in all, everything is good, just SLOW! Still dont know if I can hit my mark for April 26, but I sure will be ready for any date after that!

3) Chicken sauteed in olive oil, garlic, capers, white wine, smart balance butter, oinon, salt, pepper... YUM!
4) 7 oz Top round smothered in mushrooms + oinon with a homemade marinade..
5) 2 scoop whey + 2 Tblspn NPB
6) Same as #3
+ salad with Mac nut oil and apple cider vin...
Oh, and the usual 3 sugar free Jello cups and light whip cream ;D
