I did feel great Kari!! ;D AND I got my period as soon as I got home, usually I feel tired at this time of the month. I have my fingers AND toes it all works out with the townhouse!! thanks!!!

Cyndi,you should definately try competing at least once. Once you try it,you`ll want to do it again...........it`ll bring your body to another level,and you`ll train even harder because you know your competition is training hard at all times and eating all the right things. You`ll be addicted to contests just like you are to your training............nothing wrong with being an addict as long as the addictions are good healthy ones!! Whatever you decide,I know you`ll still be training hard ...........ypu are as strong as hell for your size,you might even want to try your hand at some powerlifting meets.
