I can't wait to see how you look in a few weeks missy! PS how is Terry going with his dieting? Don't get too excited, I might disappoint ya!!! Just kidding! I am getting leaner that is for sure. Those four days of 40 min of cardio is what is really working for me! Terry is doing well on his diet and training!! He is getting stronger and the last set of pics he took you can see where is DEFINITELY getting tighter!

How often do you think he will be able to make it down? ;D For now maybe once a week, but very soon he will be able to help me on all my work outs ;D ;D

I have never met an amazing person that was plain and boring ;D You ROCK Karrie No, not amazing, just CRAZY!!!! LOL!!! Last night I did a "scavenger hunt" with Alexa and Dylan. I put these clues all over the house and led them to different rooms to the ULTIMATE prize......Dora the Exploer fruit snacks...whoo hoo!!!! This morning did 20 min treadmill, tonight legs and arms and then 20-25 min treadmill.

Last night Legs, arms and cardio!!!! Legs are pretty sore today!!!!!! Leg ext, hack squats then the one leg-leg press with the two leg for as many as I could get!!!! Split squats, supersets lying leg curl and seated leg curl!!!! Arms-21's again...went up to a 40lb bb....OUCH! Hammer curls. 2 arm overhead ext and then push downs!!!! The cool things is that my bi's are getting more round and peaked at the top from me dieting! Cardio 25 min. Another 6 weeks to go!!!

AWESOME WO TODAY!!!! I PULLED 165 FOR 5 REPS ON MY LAST SET OF SUMO DEADS!!!!! SO EXCITED!!!!! #woohoo8ad# I was actually pretty strong today! Did deads, pull downs WG and with v-bar. Chest-incline bb press, flat hammer press and flies. Shoulders-tri sets-12 behind neck press/12 in front press/12 upright rows......last set only cranked out 8...BARELY.....side lats and rear delts. This morning 25min treadmill and 25min treadmill this afternoon!!!! I am wiped out!

I have a few more weeks then done! Unsure when pic's will be taken. I have not started tanning yet! I'll look like Karrie the Friendly ghost! HA!

FYI,
My wifes first Comp is THIS Saturday. Just a local Comp, and it's Bench Press only. This is a warm up for her first BIG Comp on June 2nd.
She's more nervous about the "public weigh-in" on Saturday, then the actual lifting!
I'll try to let you know how she does.

Been a CRAZY week. Tonight back, chest and shoulders. Still doing cardio 2 times a day 4 days a week! Going very well. I am down to 112. Have 2 lbs to go and then I am stopping NO MATTER WHAT at 110 I do not want to lose muscle. Actually my strength has been through the roof and I have not been tired at all on this diet!! Pic's in a few weeks, need a tan first!!!!

Karrie,I did your leg workout again this week and got extremely sore once again.....not nearly as bad as last week,but my legs were cooked. Gonna` do it one more time tjhis Monday as I`m hoping it will help seperate my legs more and tighten up the glutes and hams. Of course I do other stuff besides the presses,but they are killer,just like I like it. Thanks again....I think!! LOL
