Hey there Karrie!! You are doing great! WOW! Very impressive. You are way more motivated than me. BLAH, I hate the cardio. You have so much energy! 110, I can't even imagine weighing that little. I forget you are a bit shorter than I am. I am thinking my goal weight will be around 120. 5 pounds to go.... You already were so lean, I can just imagine how fantastic you look now. I am jealous... Been so busy with the house, but it is starting to look pretty good. How are the kids???

Sapph, I only "seem" more motivated than you b/c I am not doing a show. Trust me if I were going to be competing I would be having a hard time too!!!! Now, Cardio, is part of my stress reliever as well as the weights...I will miss it when I go back to 3 sessions of 25 min a week. I am stopping at 110 regardless of what I look like b/c I do not want to lose muscle! Actually I too am interested to see what I am going to look like, I am gonna do side by side comparison's from last July's. What all are you guys doing to the house??? Kid's great just HECTIC at times!!!!

I agree Karrie, Beckie has dynamite legs!
Losing muscle is always scary to us body builders. I am still motivated just scared. I wish you lived close by and we could compete together. ;D
We are now working on landscaping.... planting, planting, planting.
My nephew asked me to a special person breakfast at his school. OMG I was sooo happy, he picked ME to ask!! It was so cute how he asked... Aunt Cinny, can you please be my special person??? My heart almost exploded. ;D ;D ;D ;D

Why are you scared? I think you are going to do well. I have no worries about you doing well. I think just dieting itself for a show does a number on the emotions esp for us women who are emotional anyway!!!!! Landscaping- -I like outside work but it can be SOOOOO tiring and you use muscles you do not typically use when training so you end up more sore! I bet your heart melted into a thousand little pieces when your nephew asked you to go to this breakfast!!!!!! What a sweetie!!!! When is it?

Mon night legs and arms: Legs: Leg ext: 80x10; 90x8x; 80x6 one leg leg press-100lb 8x8x8-then last at the end of each set did 2 legs for as many as I could get. Leg curls: 70x8; 80x6x5
Cable curls: 25lb each arm 8x8x6 2 arm cable curls with ez bar: 35x8x8x6
Tri's: two arm ext-machine: one plats: 8x8x8 push downs: 40x8x8x8
cardio: 25 min in am and 25 pm after wo

Been a CRAZY last few weeks!!!! Work outs have been STRONG even though I am dieting!! WHOO HOO!!! Tonight legs and arms!!!! Legs: Super set walking bb lunges 50/leg ext 80/for 3 sets of 10 each one leg-leg press/then as many as I can do at end 100lb for 3 sets super set lying leg curls 70/SL deads 80 for 3 sets of 10. GONNA BE SORE TOMORROW!!! Bi's: 3 sets of 21's with 40lb bb 2 arm cable curls: 45lbs Tri's: CG 60 for 10x10; then last set went up to 70lbs for 7!!!! My spotter high-fived me!!!! 2 arm over head ext 35x10; 40x8x6 cardio 40 min treadmill/elliptical!!!! Pictures in about 2-3 weeks!!!!!

Tonight back, chest and shoulders. gonna try to go up on my sumo deads.....40 min of cardio tonight....Sun was not only Mother's day but Alexa's 5th b-day so the training got put on the back burner for the day, so back on track today. ;D

Back Low pulley rows: 90x10; 100x8; 110x6 WG pull downs: 80x10; 90x8x8 CG pull downs: 80x8x6x6 Chest; Incline DB press: 30 db's: 8x8x6 Flat hammer press machine: 70x8x6x6 incline db flies: 27.5 8x6x6 Shoulders: tri sets: 30lb bb: 8 behind the neck presses/8 in front press/8 upright rows=one set...did 3 sets of these side lats: 20x8x8x8 front lat raises: 17.5: 8x8x8 rear delts 10x8x8x8 cardio for 40 min. Tomorrow 30 min in am and 30 min pm!!!

Workouts continue to go VERY well lately, next week is the last week of my diet. I have one pound to go...stubborn little thing....and then pics!!!! ;D ;D ;D
I AM SOOOO EXCITED TONIGHT ON MY LAST SET OF SUMO DEADS I PULLED 180 FOR 3 REPS!!!!This guy at the gym told me I looked like someone in the power lifting magazines and he was afraid my veins popping out were gonna "get" him!!! Tonight back and calves and cardio: deads: 160x5; 170x5; 180x3 WG pull downs: 90x10; 110x8x8 V-bar pull downs: 80x8; 90x8x6
Calves: press on leg press: 470x10x10x10 seated raises: 155x8x8x8
cardio 30 min treadmill

How is Terry going with his diet? He is doing ok with his diet. Summer is hard for both of us since we have had kids. We are going to the park more, spending more time outside and dinners tend to be on the "fly" so to speak. But he is doing pretty good.
