Thanks Mo! I've definitely gained some fat around the midsection but oddly enough my waist has not really grown much at all... pants still loose. The wife says my my back/lats and quads "are looking bigger these days". Unfortunately it's part of the off-season game but the way you do it, I'm pretty sure that your "muscle mass gain" vs "fat mass gain" ratio is going to be pretty optimal! Congrats Chris and keep going! By the way, don't hesitate if I can help in any way!
