Stiff back. I'm supposed to do delts/tris tonight but right now raising my right arm to press is impossible. If it doesn't relax today I'll just do cardio.

Bleh... what a day. Sore back... really made for an ineffective workout tonight. Limited ROM and intensity... did some light shoulder and tri work...
And a couple of close work colleagues were laid off this week...
so feck it... I'm sitting here eating a bowl of cereal for dinner... yay.

Went and got a deep tissue massage. It took her 90 minutes to even get the knots to begin to relax a little. Not ight yet but much better. I went to the gym and stretched for a while plus 35 minutes on the treadmill.

This ain't easy is it? Sometimes you just have to roll with it and listen to your body. Hope you get to feeling better.

DO you ever think we do more of this than we should ? Hang tough Chris, give it hell when the back is better.

Always good to ask ourselves that, Roger... and then I think: HELL NO! For every one of us trying to be fit, there are 10,000 fat sloths not giving a damn.

LegsBack is not 100% so I'm staying aways from SLDL's and squats. Instead, why not another 100 rep press day! I mixed up the stance from wide to med to close. Again. All rest at 45' Leg press to 100 reps... 360 x 10 360 x 10 360 x 10 360 x 10 360 x 10 360 x 10 360 x 10 360 x 10 360 x 10 360 x 10 last 5 or so were a real test of dtermination as breathing deeply hurts right now. =100 reps Lying curls 125 x 15 140 x 12 155 x 9 170 x 5 Donkey calves - no rest, ~30" stretches between sets. 200 x 20 200 x 15 200 x 12 200 x 10 15 minutes @ 15° @ 4.0
