RR #1 Quads-Hams2-1-2-1 Leg Press270x15 380x12 470x9 560x6 Squats 135x12 185x7 205x4 1-leg Extensions50x15 65x11 85x8 Curls100x15 125x10 155x8 One of those workouts that about makes you toss your breakfast. Amazing how adhering to a slower rep-rate like 2-1-2-1 really cranks up the intensity. Found myself thinking of Tim this morning and not letting up. best wishes, Tim.
