Joel- Yes- have been doing so. I was out of Xtend... the last couple of days I did use a couple of scoops pre... but generally empty. Always seems to work better for me.

That should burn the fat right off, high intensity cardio is hard for me to do without being in a fasted or at least semi fasted state. Great job on the work outs BB shrugs @ 325 that's power! Keep it up!

Thats cool, I was just thinking it might be advantageous to use BCAA's (Xtend) right before you did it to help prevent catobolism.
