Arm still hurts so had to modify a bit again.

Nice deads! Especially without straps! Does your arm hurt when you deadlift or row? I use Meeko Power Grips.

8/25/08 Flat bench 255 x 5 255 x 4 255 x 4 + 2 Negs Incl Bench 210 x 6 210 x 3 + 2 Negs Flat DB press 110 x 4 100 x 6 Chest stretch 45 x 65 sec. Not very impressed with myself today. Tired from the long weekend of rafting and skydiving + the arm is killing me.. No Biceps today!
