Now that was brief! How do you do the back thickness stretch? It was brief for 2 reasons. 1) Not doing the 2 way split due to time restraints 2) Cant do Biceps or forearms

Standing calf STACK(?) x 8 DC
Seated leg curl 140 x 20 RP
Squat 415 x 6 245 x 20
Quad stretch x 90 sec.
Ham stretch x 90 sec.

Nothing wrong with brief workouts! It's probably not going to hurt you as much as you might think, not being able to do direct bicep work. Hey at least you're able to work legs, back and chest/shoulders hard! And that's where the real work is anyway!

The only problem I have using 4-6 all the time is I seem to go stale pretty fast. Seems like working in that rep range does'nt leave much wiggle room if you know what I mean. I think I know how to implement (DC) now after much digging around and reading! Those guys over at intencemuscle are'nt very forthcoming with advice are they? lol It's kinda like they want to keep some kind of cult secret or something! lol
