Making some changes this week. Going back to 4-6 reps. not because I dont love what I am currently doing. I am just torn between the two and figured I would do 6-10 week rotations with each.
Flat bench 245 x 5 245 x 4 245 x 4

Chest stretch 40 x 90 sec.
BB curl 95 x 6 115 x 6
Alt DB curl 75 x 5 75 x 4

Rode a bike with a computer screen like a racing game.. I can tell you that I am NO Lance armstrong!! Holy S that was hard. Didnt finish the race, but will try again..

Good workout Randy, are you going to stay with a 4 day split? Yes for now.. I like the DC 2 way, and 3 way which is 4 days.. So any of these options, but will be doing the 4 day.. Chest + Bis Legs OFF Delts + Tris Back OFF OFF 6-7 weeks.. Then its off to Cancun and I will see whats up when I return.
