Shock chest/bis
*went extremely light on chest do to shoulder*
Incline fly 50x10x2 ss with flat press 50x10x2
incline press(1 1/2=1) 55x8x2
x-overs(inverted drop) 22x10 drop 27x8 drop 32x6
seated db curl 40x10x2 ss with preschers 80x10x2
bb curl(1 1/2=1) 65x8x1 70x8x1
lying cable curl(inverted drop) 62x10 drop 67x8 drop 72x6
