HOOPS, I gotta tell ya. I FEEL AWESOME.. I learned alot along the way on this prep. Things I will carry over to be much better next time.. I physically and mentaly feel so good that i will not hardly change my diet in the off season. Only add calories from same foods. I should be ready to compete from now on, on very short notice.. This show here is going to have some brutal comp. Its a pro qualifier, so.... I plan to do my best and see what happens. I am happy either way and am already preparing to be much better in the future.
