Here we GO! Already off and running, literally!! Got up and HIT my AM cardio: 7/26/09 Treadmill Intervals 20 Mins Speeds 6-8 Cals 308 Planning to do the Granite state open on Oct 31st. Usually a GREAT show. Turtle runs a tight ship and brings in ALOT of tuff competition. Looking forward to it. Time to improve = 14 WEEKS! YEAH BUDDY! Game ON!
