Geez you're not walking at 5.7 are you??? LOL Thats a pretty fast pace!
I'm really LOVIN DC! Wish I had bought into it a few years back when I first heard of it! You really have to do a lot of reading to understand the concept. I think people (I was one of them) don't get it at first. I'm trying to convince Cory to give it a go, he's only 21 and I think he'll blow up on it!

Now I'm very reluctant to change anything!

Well, Ive been giving this alot of thought and I think I am going to bow out of the Oct 31st show. I have been dieting WAY too long and the bod is just not reacting the way I would like. Its ready for a long, hard, LEAN offseason!!! I dont want to bring anything less than my best to the stage, the next time I hit it. I dont feel confident that this would be the case in Oct of this year. I am also going on a cruise in one week. I am a bit stressed about watching everything I do while in the carribean for a week. Just not putting myself in a good place. So this being said, its time for a new journal with a new start. Time to grow BIG and STRONG! Dont be suprised if you see a PLing meet in my future!
YEAH BUDDY!!

I think that's a good call, to be honest.. Now that you are back in the zone, you can enjoy yourself on your cruise but not go TOO crazy and then fill out while staying relatively hard until you diet down for your next show. You should be at a MUCH better starting point next time, as well, and be much fresher when you start again. Wow, reading this, I need to take my own advice! lol
