Where do you train? I train in Canton at the Powerhouse Gym
Let me know what shows you hear about! I'm hesitant to do the Natural Northern NPC show for my first as well. I'd rather do one that has a longer period for drug testing too

I'd rather do one that has a longer period for drug testing too I train at Snap fitness in Norton. My husband trains at Tough Bodies in Barberton. I used to train there but stopped going there about a yr ago. Snap is not "hardcore" like Tough Bodies but I desperately needed a change. I would LOVE to have a Powerhouse close to me! They are amazing gyms! My husband follows the natural circuit and knows just about every show and its brother in the natural world-LOL! I am looking at a few federations right now-OCB, NGA and INBF.

Friday 's workout- Back and bi's: Back: Rack dead lifts with pin set slightly below the knee: warmed up with bar, did three more warm ups: Pulled for 5 reps. did 3's and then 1's: For 3: 185; 205 for three and then 225 for one and 235 for one. DB rows: 35lb db: 8x8x8 Pull downs: 85x8x8; 90x6 Seated up right row machine: 85x8x6x5
Bi's: Hammer curls: 25lb db 10; 30x8x6 seated db curls: 20lb db: 8x6x6 concentration curls: 20lb db: 8x8-last set a drop set 20x8; 15x6; 10x6
Tonight cardio
This week is a CRAZY week! Alexa starts school Tues, tomorrow night open house. Dylan goes for Kindergarten tesing Tuesday and Orientation Friday! My wo schedule is gonna be interesting!

I did not get cardio in last night. I had a meeting at church that ran over so I could not get it done. I am going to do it tonight. HIT 16min.

Wed 08/26 Arms Bi's: BB curls: 60x8x8x8 hammer db curls: 25lb db-8; 30x8x6 seated db curls: 20lb db: 8x8x6
Tri's: To arm tricep ext machine: 50x8x8x8 push downs: 70x8x8x8 dips: 3 sets os 8 started out with HIT cardio but left knee began to really hurt so did last 8 min a steady state.
Diet has been pretty much the same every day.

Yesterday, Was hectic, Dylan's kindergarten orientation , but it is time! Worked out, did legs and shoulders: Super set walking bb lunges w/ smith machine squats: lunges 50x12x12x12 and squats: 115x6x6x5 plie db squats: I stood on six 25lb plates (3 under each foot) so I could go deep and get a good dtretch leg ext: 85x8; 90x6x5 DB SL dead lifts: 35x10x8x8 Shoulders: up right BB rows: 60x8x8x6 db side lats: 20lb db: 8x8-last set drop set: 20s8; 15x6; 10x5 front lat raises with db: 20x10x8x6 rear delts: 8x6x6 this morning HIT cardio 26 min off tomorrow

Great workouts!! How do you like the rack deads? I always feel like I use my traps too much with them... Thanks ;D I did a powerlifting meet in 2007 so I really learned great form from the trainer who helped me so I really do not feel them in my traps. I do love dead lifting especially from the floor

Worked out this morning with Terry. We did not actually work out together-I did my thing and he did his. Back and bi's: DB rows: 30lb db:10; 35lb db: 8: 40lb db: 6 pull downs: 85x10x8x8 CG pull downs: 80x8x8x8 seated upright row machine: 85x8x6x6
Bi's: BB curls: 60x10x8x6 hammer db curls: 25lb db: 8; 30x8x6 concentration curls: 20lb db: 10x8-last set drop set: 20x8; 15x8; 10x8
Off tomorrow night.

Carrie, glad you moved here with Tara! Adds some spice to things!
Love the deads, from a rack or from the floor! Works everything from the occipital joint in the back of my head to my glutes and hamstrings! lol I call them my multi purpose exercise!
