Last night back and bi's: Max OT WG pull downs 2 warm ups at 50x8x8, last 2 sets at 100x6x6-go up next wo DB rows: 40lb db 6x6 go up next wo Up right row machine: 80x6x5
Bi's: BB curls: one warm up and 2 sets with 55x6x6-go up next wo Two arm cable curls: 70x6x6-go up next wo Hammer curls: only one set, 25lb db x6 go up next wo
Still doing cardio HIT for 16 min, sun, tues and tonight

We have Vacation bible school all week so taking the week off training, only doing HIT cardio.

Work has been very busy!!! But the work outs have been AWESOME! Diet has been really good getting in about 100-110 gms of protein a day. Chest and tris last night: Incline DB press: 25lb db 10x8x6 Flat Hammer press MACHINE-110x8x6x6 incline db flies: 20lb db-8x8x6
CG press: 50x8x6x6 2 arm db overhead ext: 35x10; 40x8; 45x6 dips with body weight: 10x8x5
HIT cardio tonight 16min.

Mon 08-17 Legs and shoulders Legs: Super set walking BB lunges and smith machine squat: bb lunges: 45lbsx12x12x12 and squats 115x8x8x6 Plie squats: 45lb db: 8x8x6 Sl dead with Db: 45x8x6x6
Shoulders: Dropped in weight for higher reps this time: 20lb db for military presses:12x12x12 side lats with last set a drop set: 20lb dbx10x10; 20x10, 15x8, 10x6 front lat raises: 20lb db:8x8x8 rear delt machine 3 sets of 8

I needed to move workouts around a bit. Off tonight and training tomorrow night. Gonna start posting diet, it will look just about the same everyday:
Meal 1: one whole egg and 4 egg whites one piece of toast with Butter spray
Meal 2: Protein shake with 1 1/2 scoops of protein-I use Labrada ProV60-Vanilla Ice cream-mixed with water not milk !/4 cups almonds and 1/4 cup raisins
Meal 3: 3 oz of chicken with 2 TBSP red-fat dressing 1 cup of white rice 3/4 cups veggies
Meal 4: 1/2 cup oatlmeal with cinnamon, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein and one tsp all fruit mixed in I am trying to get in 100-100gms of protein a day as trying to put on more muscle.

I am meeting with a trainer next month to possibly do a figure show in the spring so a few things will more than likely change once she looks at my diet.

Yep, I am not for sure yet about a competition, but the trainer I am going to be working with has competed in many figure shows so I am looking forward to meeting with her next month. I am looking at natural organizations. Terry gets the Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness magazine so we have been looking at a few organizations who have shows in Ohio so we will not have to travel too far.

Karrie, This is one of the better known, and better ran natural shows in Ohio. Look to the right and down and you'll see info about Dave's show's. He normally hols them twice a year, once in the spring and once in October. You should go watch the October show and see how it's ran and rub elbows with some of the people there. Dave also hands out the BIGGEST trophies in the business! This meet was my first BB comp, and I took 3rd, and the trophy was 4 feet tall. First place is 6 feet, and the OVERALL trophy for the meet is close to 8 feet tall! YIKES! www.daveliberman.com/Keep us posted! Terry did The Natural Ohio two years ago, which is one of Lieberman's shows. So we have been actually to a few of Lieberman's shows to see how they are run. The Lieberman show is also a one year drug free show. I want to do a 5-7yr drug free one if at all possible. Terry follows that circuit very closley so we just have to decided which show to do. I will know more once I meet with the trainer next month. She has competed in many figure shows all over the united states. She is a certified personal trainer at my new gym.

He has a lot of info on his site, to include DVD you can order on posing, etc. www.mikedaviesfitness.com/He is the trainer for most of the top figure/fitness competitors at the Olympia and the Arnold. Today's diet: Meal 1: 4 egg whites and one whole egg one piece of toast
Meal 2: Protein shake with 1 1/2 scoops of protein 1/4 cup almonds and raisins
Meal 3: One can tuna 1 cup rice 3/4 cup veggies
Meal 4: !/2 cup cooked oatmeal, with cinnamon, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein and 1 tsp all fruit
Not sure about dinner yet.

Last night chest and tri's: Chest: Super set on bench press machine. I do not do this machine very often but decided to shake it up a bit. 95lbsx10x8x8 and then close grip press on the macine 95x8x8x8 BD flies: 20lb db's: 8x6x6
Tri's: CG presses: 65x8x8x8 push downs: 90x8x6x6 dips: 10x8x8
16min of HIT cardio Tonight back and bi's
