Did 16min HIT cardio last night. Tonight regular cardio and legs tomorrow. Terry and I get to work out together

Worked out yesterday: Smith machine squats: 135x8x8x6 leg press machine-I really miss a regular leg press-I do not get a great leg press workout-155x8x8x6 Plie squats: 50x8x8x6 leg curls: 100x8x6;105x5 DB SL dead lifts: 45lb db's: 8x6x6
Off tonight, tomorrow 16 HIT cardio Friday chest and tri's

Friday 09/18/2009 Chest and tri’s: Incline DB press: 25lb db’sx10: 30x8x6 Flat hammer press machine: 100x8; 110x6x5 Incline db flies: 25lb db’s: 8x8x6
Tri’s: CG bench with EZ bar: 60x8x6x6 Pushdowns: 95x8x6x6 3 sets of dips with body weight
Last night 16min HIT cardio
Diet still going well and getting in about 100-105gms of protein a day. I am taking a few days off of the gym. I am not feeling real well. I feel run down so I am going to chill till Friday. Diet still on though.

Having a good weekend? Workouts are looking good...is your leg press one of the pin loaded ones? Weekend was VERY busy! Yes the leg press is a "pin" style machine. I am used to a free weight one and I was really strong on it too!

I was going to head back to the gym but unsure yet if I am going to hold off until monday and get back on track. We need to put our cat down so it is a yucky day.

Thanks Dot and Tara. It was hard. Terry actually went and took him. When he was telling me about it I cried quite a bit. My daughter had a rough time but we also have a newer kitty who we got about 1 1/2mths ago, she is only like 10-12 weeks old and that has helped with the kids. Thanks also for that link, what a neat website.

Actually my little sister is much smaller than me, she weighs less than me and she is almost 6mths pregnant! The BAD thing about my genetics is that I am "long and lean" so to say and it is HARD for me to put on muscle. If I did not get in enought protein I would be in trouble. I have been making good gains since tracking the protein.
