Shoulders: Arnold db press: 25lb db's: 10x8x6 BB up right rows: 60x8x6x6 side laterals: 20lb sb: 8x6x6 front lat raises: 25lb sb: 8x6x6 rear delts on machine 3 sets of 8
off today tomorrow cardio
Have three spring shows in mind, still waiting on the final date of the one to make my decision.

Which ones are you thinking of? Figure? The plan is to compete in BB in the light weight class. The last show Terry and I were at, prior to the one last weekend was over 7 years ago and Figure was pretty new and it is very difficult to get where the judges want. I commend those figure girls. In BB you are either lean enough or not lean enough, or not big enough. There are shows in NGA, OCB and INBF in the April/May time frame. I just need to pick which federation I want to compete in. I am an ectomorph and stay pretty lean all year so I have a little time before I commit to which show and kick the contest diet into gear.

Wish I knew! LOL! JUST KIDDING! He is having diet commitment issues. Meaning-one day he is "low carbing" the next "counting calories". He needs to figure out what he is going to do for himself. He has put on muscle and he kicks butt in the gym just needs to kick butt on the diet.

I seem to be in a similar place to Terry..it's so hard to pin down a diet. I wish someone would just tell me what to eat and when and how much..so much easier!!!

Terry's whole thing is he knows what to do but just has a difficult time deciding which route to go. He knows both low carb and simply counting calories works, he has done two shows so he knows, he just keeps bouncing between the two.

Had a great workout and eating is going well. Still really focusing on getting in the protein.

Bi's: BB curls: 60x8x6-NEW PR VERY EXCITED ABOUT-LAST SET WENT UP TO 65 AND GOT 3 REPS! Hammer db curls: 30lb db's: 8x8x6 seated db curls: 20lb db's: 8x8x6x6 concentration curls: 20lb db's 6x6x6 tonight chest, tri's and 16min HIT cardio

Try to squeeze it in tonight Tomorrow legs and shoulders.
