Tri's: two arm over head ext: 35lb db: 10x8x8 push downs: 90x8; 100x9x5 three sets of 8 for dips

Measured my waist this morning and I was SHOCKED to say the least. Waist down to 25 1/4! ;D Last night back and bi's: back: db rows: 35lb db:10x 40x8; 45x6 pull downs: 85x10; 90x8; 100x6 Cg pull downs: 80x8; 85x8; 90x6 bi's: Experimenting with higher reps: bb curls: 40x12; 45x12x10 db curls: 20lb dbx12x12x10 seated curls: 20lb dbx12x10x10 concentration curls: 20lb dbx10x10x8 40 min cardio tomorrow chest and tris and 20min HIT cardio

Finally some time to post. Just posted pics. I am done dieting now I am in MAINTAIN MODE!! Thank the Lord! Workouts have been going really strong. This is last week until vacation we are leaving on Saturday for the beach. Last night: Legs and shoulders: Walking BB lunges: 55x10x10x8 leg press on machine: 145x8; 155x8x6 smith machine squat: 35lb plate each side for 8x8; 45 plate each sidex5 db sl dead lifts: 25lb db: 8; 30x8x6
shoulders: db military press: 25lb db: 8x8x6 up right rows with bb: 50x10; 60x8; 65x6 front lat raises(Kai greene style) 15lb db: 8x8x8 db side lats: 20lb dbx10x10; last set drop set: 20x10,15x, 10x6 rear delts 3 sets of 8
today 20min HIT cardio on bike

Hi Karrie, Daughter's wedding is 1 month and 7 days but who's counting (July 18th) in Jamaica #smileygrouplaugh5js# I can't wait to be the hot old babe by the pool with frozen strawberry daiquiri in hand No competitions planned but who knows maybe in the fall. Your pics look awesome! Have a great vacation!

Starting MAX OT training to put on some size. It is pretty much MAX OT with a few differences. Monday did first workout...... Chest and tri's: Flat hammer presses: I did three warms ups 12x5x2 with 50lbs, then next two sets went as heavy as possible: 115-6x6. That is the most I have ever done so I need to go up to 120 next wo. Incline DB press: One set with 20lb db's, heavy sets: 30lb db's: 6x6-goal was 5-8 reps so stay here until two sets for 8. Flat DB press; No warm up, straight to 2 heavy sets for 5-8-25lb db's for 8x6
Tri's: CG's-warm up with the bar 5-6reps. 2 heavy sets: 45-6x6, will go up next wo. Push downs: 2 sets for 5-8 reps: 95-8x8- will go up next wo Dips 2 sets of 7
Trying to get in 100gm of protein a day or above.

Are you saying you did DB Hammer presses 12x5x2 with two 50 lb DB"s? and Then did Flat Hammer presses with 115 DB's for 6x6?

No, I did the flat hammer press machine....3 warm ups at 50lbs(a 25lb plate on each side) and then 115 for 2 sets of 6. Actually if you look back at my journal I have been doing the flat hammer press machine with 110lbs.
