Was the cardio queen Sick this week, walking makes me ill. Hopefully, better by Friday.

Feeling better, I can eat again. What happened to my Avatar?
Friday 2/1/08 Back w/Randy at Results Wide Grip pulldowns 3 sets Close grip pulldowns 3 sets I don’t’ remember what I did as we didn’t write anything down
Monday 2/4/08 Legs w/Randy at Results Leg press 3 sets x 15 Walking lunges 10 x 15 3 sets Plie squats 25 x 15, 30 x 15, 40 x 15 Leg press calf 3 sets x 15
Results is coming along very nicely. The only thing is as soon as you step foot in the building WHAM! The smell hits you. Sub-Way is downstairs. Their bread smells so much like #pizzasmiley4om#

I know you have been posting your work outs for a while and I keep meaning to ask you to explain the rest/timing of the sets when you break them up on two lines as apposed to one? like....
Stiffs 85 x 1, 65 x 10 65 x 10, 65 x 10
and
Incl DB Press 20 x 10, 20 x 10, 20 x 10

I've decided not to compete this Spring. My DH is in real estate and I can't really afford it right now. The guys are so lucky $14 for scivvies, $10 for ProTan and their good to go. So I'll just continue to try to eat properly and work out. Tiff - I wrote my workout like that just so my post won't take a whole page We are on 3 sets 6-10 reps, since I work out with my DH my rest between sets is as long as it takes him to do his set. I go, you go type workout. I'm starting a new position in my company tomorrow, my commute will be 8 minutes #k0104ne# I don't have a gym at my new location so I'll be doing my cardio at 4:00 a.m. I just got an e-mail from my old boss and she wants to steal me back, she on her way to being a VP and is hoping to pull rank, so this could be interesting.

Keep training and one will come your way at the perfect and right time for you! 4:00am cardio is not too bad, I get up around 5:00am for my cardio...just takes a little getting used to.
