No stage pictures, not yet, Spring 2009 This competition was within Randy's Results gym. I did pretty good but not even close to the winners, Big Al and thisclose runner up Frank. They did phenominal (sp?). Tuesday 10/14/08 Pinched nerve in my neck so I did a Leg workout with Randy. Leg presses, leg extensions, leg curls, body weight mini squats - good stuff. Mostly 4 sets 20 reps

LOL! Thank you for pointing out that Randy had changed the title to my journal LOL! Yes, I am thinking of doing my second competition in April. I relocated to another town and haven't been able to squeeze in cardio so last week I bought a Hers mini stepper that would fit in my tiny apartment. Then I got sick ending up to be a cold so hopefully I can start on that this weekend. When things calm down on the home front (the next week or two) I'll be able to get back on schedule.
