Good workout! What is your diet looking like at the moment? I cannot do cable cross overs, I think I told you before I get "caught up" the cable's...LOL!

I like PRRS routine, it keeps my interest longer and it works well for me. LOL! Thank you for pointing out that Randy had changed the title to my journal LOL! Yes, I am of doing my second competition in April. I relocated to another town and haven't been able to squeeze in cardio so last week I bought a Hers mini stepper that would fit in my tiny apartment. Then I got sick ending up to be a cold so hopefully I can start on that this weekend. Probably my abs. 12/2/08 @ Results w/Randy - I forgot my t-shirt Power wasn't happening so Randy adjusted my workout Each exercise 6 reps, 6 sets - 30 seconds between each set Seated DB Press - 20 x 36 Incline DB press - 20 x 36 Flat DB Press - 20 x 36 Upright Row - 6 x 36 Pushdowns - 7 x 36 CG Press 40 x 36 Happy Abs Routine = 60 even though it wasn't leg night I'll still do abs on leg day
