Dot, Sorry I have not checked in on your progress lately. Got really busy at work again and hard to post at work. You look like things are going really well. Workouts look great! How is the diet coming?

Treadmill 60 minutes, 329 cals Avg speed 3.8 Hi Karrie, diet is ok, I just need to spread my cardio out a little more. I had to go on business travel last week so workouts and diet suffered a little bit (not bad considering). I'll get back on track this week.

You are increasing your cardio lately. Are you now doing all cardio about 40-50min from here on out? How is the dieting?

Cardio is 45-50 minutes, trying to make up for my shin splint issues, ordered a new pair of sneaker but haven't received them yet. Hopefully that will do the trick. I probably won't be able to compete in April due to finances. Youngest daughter getting married in Jamaica in July - I can't wait to be sitting by the pool with a frozen strawberry daiquiri in hand. I am determined to be the hottest looking babe by that pool My diet I've adjusted since I won't be competing. 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, grapefruit or oatmeal shake, blueberries, 1tsp PB salad w/4 oz chicken shake, tangerines, 1 tsp PB 6 oz tuna fish, or 4 oz chicken, fish or steak w/ green veggies Not sure if this is what I should be doing or not, I'll have to go back into my old journal.

I understand why you are not competing. A wedding is such of a HUGE thing! Jamaica...how AWESOME! That is going to be such a WONDERFUL TIME! You can compete at any time.
I think your diet looks fine...low on the carb side but I do not remember your old diet either.

3/12/09 @ Results w/Randy worked shoulders, chest & tri's I've been out of the gym for awhile with different issues so we did light weight, more reps
Work keeps bothering me today while I'm suppose to have the day off so I'm going to try and get a leg workout along with cardio. Hopefully my new sneakers will help my shin splint issue.
