I was actually trying to get closer to 1500 but most days I just can't make it. I'm suppose to be carb cycling, Wed & Sun carb days. Most of the time though I end up doing low carb - not over 75. I need to zero in on my diet between vacation and not feeling well, it all went out the window. So far today I'm back on track should be around 1300 for today. You CAN DO this!!! #smileycheeleader9un# You have done it once you can do this again! I would LOVE to see you kick butt in October and your conditioning to be AWESOME, but you gotta get going now! Glad to see back on track today! GET THAT CARDIO IN MISSY! ;D ;D

I get the hormone nauseas too Dot so I can sympathise! Its always hard to stick to diet on those days as my stomach really doesn't feel like food. men don't understand that unfortunately #arollseyes3zc#

No workouts over the weekend. Cardio later this morning while the temps are still cooler than 90. We had to take care of our Grand pup (Southie) this weekend. She's a Boston Terrier with A LOT of energy. She's just way too cute. Scrat is a Realtor so he'll be working today while I take care of the house (cooking, laundry etc)

Great workouts!!! ;D Keep up the cardio sessions! I can be kicking butt in the gym and do cardio-hard- for 30 min and just sweat a little, so gotcha on the sweating comment!!!
