Beej, it doesn't get much more intense than Rachmaninoff's 3rd!!! Intense yes, but not violent enough. If there isn't an electric guitar in it, it just doesn't speak to me the same way.

"More Human Than Human". I can't remember who does it. But damn, it's a great song, for alot of things! I put that on when squatting and it totally fires me up!!! Rob Zombie (the band White Zombie)!! Used that for my first routine, LOL!

There ain`t nothing wrong with the pink dumbells, as long as it`s a light day,and Jazzercise rules as the utmost state of the art cardio ! ;D Tim you better quite while you're ahead, LOL!!! The name "Jazzercise" hasn't been uttered in about 20 years!!! :Happy Spinner: I'm with you, true hard rock all the way... hossjob, Boston didn't kill rock. Bands like Kiss and Meatloaf killed rock, lol cheese city man (even if a couple songs were cool)!! Caveman, I know I didn't just read that you think Pet Shop Boys is high energy... zuh? I can handle most anything as long as it's upbeat and NOT COUNTRY, LOL T

Allright guys, I'll let you in on a little secret - I like Disco music. Give me some Bee Gee's man! My other choices are movie soundtracks like The Lord of the Rings stuff, Crimson Tide, Gladiator, and any of the Hans Zimmer stuff for that matter. Happy holidays everyone! JM

Who did "Pedal to the Metal"? It was getting a lot of play a year or two ago and I could never find out the artist.
