My newest lifting music is the entire "Chronicles of Life and Death-Death Version" Good Charlette......... My alltime non lifting music/group has got to be "Ultimate Spinach"....awesome 60's band <and a close second band "Pearls Before Swine?> |

We could add some movie soudntracks which are very motivating like from our own Rocky - "Eye of the tiger" and such. Then there are others sounding just as energetic but I can never remember the titles for some reason. Oh and Tim you are not old bud!!!! Anyone who looks like you can't even qualify to that group even if you wanted to, I strongly dissagree with you there. Old = saggy, negative, out of the loop and usually not a BB. You've beaten your age group by a long shot therefore don't let me catch you say that again!! LOL

Currently, I've been listening to the new SEVEN DAYS GRACE cd....really good stuff and it gets the blood pumping pretty well.
