I live closer to Ontario than I do to NYC,though I live in NY state, so I can relate to the weather you guy`s have.....get`s to be 30 below at times here!! :Head Bash:
I`ll be OK,this has happens to my back on occasion, no matter what the weathers like,thanks bro!! Just wish it didn`t happen now after a layoff and kinda` being in somewhat of a training slump.
Oh well,just comes with the teritory when you try to rip your body apart on a daily basis with cold iron,and eat sh*t that would make a billy goat puke............are we a little skewed or what? ;D :Double Puke:

I have a chronic lower back problem from something stupid I did when I was 16. Matresses eventually sag and cause lower back pain, that's why they have to be rotated and flipped constantly. I find it hurts a lot. That's why they canned water beds, no back support was producing lots and lots of back problems... ummmm... you don't have a water bed do you? ;D T T BTW, it dips below -45C here for two-week stints (that's -49 F).

I recommend Metamucil capsules......same effect as the prunes, but they don't make you want to ;D ah, but they don't have the amazing antioxidant and multi-vitamin capacity of the outstanding dried plum!!! man, tomorrow is gonna be super fiber day...i'm out of rice, so for carbs, i'm just gonna be eating broccoli and prunes...eeeeeesh, should make for a tremendous weight "drop," ya know *wink* :: poop ::
