just a quick note to let you ladies know what the dx was. Well good news its not MS or really bad things. Dr. said its Fibromyalgia with Myofacial pain. So that is what has been wrong. He is setting me up with a bio feedback psycologist. Well very busy today so chat with you ladies later. OH I am SOOOOO HAPPY, what a relief for you this news must be!!!! I know Karrie will have lots of info for you about fibro but if you have any questions - just ask. (((((HHUUUGGGSSSSSSSSS)))))

;D Oh, I am so glad its not MS! I am sorry that you have pain....but I am still glad its not MS!!!
Explain more to me if you want...PM me...Id love to be more educated. I could do it on my own, but I like info first hand....its more real.

I have been working out just been way to freaking busy to log in my information to here just yet. Work has me tied up alot. I will post when I can tomorrow night since today I am working against a dead line and going to my daughter Carly school's open house.

wheeew what a week already and last week had drained me dry. We are like super busy at work and I am working overtime like no tomorrow.
Monday workout Shoulders, bis, tris, and abs.
Single arm dumbell press...2 x 8 20,25 - Bent lateral...3 x 10 15 - Cable side lateral...2 x 12 13.3
EZ bar curl/CG chin superset...1 x 6 each 50, bodyweight - Preacher curl/reverse curl superset...1 x 10 each 50, 20 - Dropset cable single arm curl...1 x 10, drop 10 30 & 23.3 - Pushdown/Reverse grip pushdown...2 x 10 each 70 & 50 was popped after that so packed up and left
Last night even though I was in alot of pain I still pushed through. I am very stubborn about resting.....My spinal tap area still bothers me alot so still going lite on the legs
Legs
Leg extension...2 x 10 60,70 - Hack squat...3 x 12 235,255,255 - One legged leg press...3 x 15 100,90,90 - Lying leg curl...2 x 8 60,70 - Stiff deadlift...2 x 10 70,70 - seated leg curl...2 x 12 90,100
Today is off day......Still feeling pretty bad with pain but ya know what I am not going to let it get me down. Only time I dont feel it is when I am pushing my wieghts.

I am sooo glad to see you posted!!!! I was getting worried!!! I hope your work slows down for you soon!! ;D Great wo's!!! For a light leg day it was an EXCELLENT wo!!!! Great job on shoulders' bi's and tri's!!! I would talk to the doc about that areas still being ouchy. I do not think it should still hurt. Is the pain getting under any better control? I am PROUD of you and Tiff for working as hard as you girls do with the fibro. #smileycheeleader9un# I hope you have a great afternoon!!!

Only time I dont feel it is when I am pushing my wieghts. I know exactly how you feel, there are some days I never want to leave the gym ;D You are doing great and will learn when you can push yourself and when you need to pull back a bit. I too have been over doing it with the OT and my body is speaking out loud and clear. Your wo's are still awesome, I dont think even on a good day I could do 100lb single leg press - have e good rest and take care

Hi all Yes I have not posted in a long time. Life has been crazy lately. I had a badddd flare up that is still lingering but is not as bad. I was crying myself to sleep daily because I hurt so bad. I was told by my doctor in last of October that she did not want me working out until my flare up had gone away. So with that I got really depressed. I am still have quite a bit of pain but I did get another diagnosis of Fibromyalgia from the rheumatologist last week. So with that they told me to change my whole routine with regards to weight lifting. Now I sit here thinking that is crap how in the world DO I control how I lift! I crave the heavy weights but I am going to change that which will be very hard to do. So today will be new for me and I will post it later on. I will go easy since its been a month since I have been there and I am still having some pain. If all else fails I will do some cardio..... Please accept my apologies for not posting but I just have not been up to it at all. Today is a new day and I am so excited about going to the gym...... Hugs Sheri

Oh Sheri it's so good to see you back!!! I was just thinking I sound send you an email thru Tim and ask him to forward it to you. So sorry you have been having a rough time, I know how those flare ups can be. This time of years is always the worst, with all the changes in weather, shorter days, lack of sunlight and the stress of the holidays it can certainly send it sky rocketing. Glad to see you are getting back into the gym - you may find some exercises give you no problems at all while others, no matter how light you go, you will struggle with. It will take some time to fine tune, but by listening to your body and making some changes you could find yourself lifting those heavy weights in no time cheers, tiff
