O yeah those leg curls with deads are a toughie,I make it extra hard by adding in some cable kickbacks for the butt-yeah:D Have you ever done standing lat pulldowns? I tried them for the first time in ages yesterday and my armpits and lats are SORE today!!! I also did cable kickbacks friday too!!! I am still really sore!!!! No I have never done standing lat pulldowns. Do you like them? I have back tomorrow maybe I will give them a try. ;D How is mom doing? No wo today...had my hubby's family in from out of state for the weekend and yesterday I KILLED myself cleaning and cooking b/c we had them over for dinner..there were 15 people over...so today I am WIPED out!!! Tomorrow night...chest, back and cardio!!!!

Mums good,shes back driving now and starting to feel a whole lot better! I love the standing pulldowns,really hits the top of the lats hard and you don't have to go all that heavy Off to the gym now as its a public holiday here....

The girls seem to be back...for the moment!!!!/ Tiff and Sapph-me and Beckie have missed you girls..hopefully this will be a better week for us all to post and get caught up with each other AND SAPPH------I will hold you to posting your wo!!!! If not there tomorrow morning I am coming to Long Island...wait that would be a GREAT THING!!! ;D Today I had an AMAZINGLY STRONG WO!!! I am VERY PLEASED with my strength!!!!Back: Rack deads-155x8x5x5- FIRST TIME WITH THIS WEIGHT AND THEY FELT AWESOME!!!!WG pull downs: 90x8; 100x8; 110x6 Cg p downs: 80x8; 90x6; 100x6 Chest: incline db press: 25x10; 30x8x8 flat db press: 30x8x6x6 incline db flies: 20x8x8x8 cardio: 25 min treadmill!!!! CRAZY day off-- took the kids shopping, worked out, kept my nephew for a few hrs for my sister, made dinner and heading off to my class!!!! Thanks you girls for your continued support..means the world to me right now!!!!

I am REALLY sore today!!!!! Makes me very happy!!!! I was surprised with the deads and excited!!!! I am not "superwoman" yet..but I am slowly working that way!!!! LOL!!!! ;D

Things are actually REALY great for me!!! Kids are doing great and my wo's have been AWESOME!!!! Work is very busy and life is crazy so I have not had alot of time to get alot of posting done on here!!! Don't worry I am well!!!! Thanks for asking!!! How is mom???

It has been a few weeks but I am back to posting. Life has been a little crazy but the wo's have been GREAT as you can see from earlier today!!!!

bi's: bb curls: 60x8x8x8 hammer curls: 30x10; 35x8x8 concentration db curls: 15x8x8x8
calves: calf presses on leg press: 450x10x10x10 seated calf raises: 155x10x8x8
treadmill: 30min, last ten min HIT!
Great wo!!!!
Tomorrow chest and tri's!!!!
