GREAT JOB KARRIE!
Our gym was packed the day after Turkey Day, with everyone on the cardio equipment!!!
Killer legs! The boys in the gym have GOT to be intimidated!!!

THANKS YOU GUYS!!!! I am still really sore from Saturday's wo!!!!!My legs are a killin' me!!!! This week my wo's are kind of goofy. So I have just shoulders, abs and cardio tomorrow!!!! My normal schedule will be next week!!!

Right now my training his just crazy due to my schedule, but since my hubby has me doing all supersets for legs, I am excited to see what they look like when I "cut up" starting in Feb. I think they are gonna be more curvy. Last night-AWESOME shoulder wo!!! Side laterals: 22.5db's: 10x10-drop set-22.5x10; 17.5x8; 15x5 Arnold presses: 25db's: 8x8x8 front lateral raises: 20db's: 10x8x8 rear delts: 10db's: 8x6x6 cardio 30 min treadmill!!!!

You are gonna have some "seductive" looking shoulders if you keep that up!!!
On my last wo, I used cables for my front laterals, and they were "burnin'" the whole time!!
I've been trying this P/RR/S wo. last night was the first time in years, I had to stop and catch my breath in the middle of my wo, because I thought I was going to be sick!!!
The things we do in quest to reach our goals!!!!
Again.......GREAT JOB!!!!!! ;D

This week FINALLY getting back on schedule!!!!
Back and bi's today!!! I pulled my lower back a bit picking up Dylan today so I did not go as heavy as I would like to have.
Rack deads: 115x10x10x10 Pulley rows: 100x10; 110x8x8 WG pull downs: 90x10; 100x8x6
Hammer curls: 25 db's:10; 30x10; 35x8 incline curls: 15 db's: 8x8x8 concentration curls: 15 db: 8x8x6
hyper extensions 3 sets abs treadmill for 25 min!!! AWESOME WO!!!! Tomorrow-with my new wo partner-chest, tri's and cardio!!!!

You have got to be kidding, getting back on schedule with Christmas only 21 days away? ? You truly are amazing I haven't even put a dent in my shopping and I have so much work going on around the house and non stop doctor's appointments - I haven't managed to get the the pool once the past two weeks BTW - great workout
