Lookin good Terry, the squats are coming right up! Several years ago my squats improved alot when I added deadlifts to my workouts.

Thanks Keith!! I'm trying to increase the weight week by week. So far, so good...considering squats were one of my weaker exercises. I like to hear that… to often people dont mind keeping the same poundage workouts after workouts! You seem very motivated, keep going Terry!

Thanks boys. I did find the DB press a little weak. My regular spotter wasn't around so I figured I would just go with a moderate weight. After that I said what the hell, let's do the BB Press as well. I felt a much better pump at that point!
