Cardio: 20 min. random setting on treadmill. Level 20 @ 3.2 - 4.0 mph 25 min. HIIT on eliptical. Level 12 @ 6 - 15 mph
Abs: Machine Crunches - 25x4 Weighted Crunches - 140xmax (4 sets) Exercise Ball Crunches - 25x3

A good workout overall. I still feel weak in some of the heavy lifts (e.g. t-bar row, deads).

Another impressive session Terry!!
T-Bars aren`t bad at all in my opinion,just make sure you don`t try to go too heavy where your form gets too sloppy.
I used to do a ton on those bad boys years ago,but got nowhere until I tightened up my form...looked impressive on the bar,until anyone saw my form.............or lack of form!! ;D

That's a really good point Tim. It's ironic because a buddy of mine today suggested using 25's instead of 45's and going slow. He has a bad back and it was suggested to him as it gives a much better stretch and helps with form. My form is good but I may give this a try and see if there is a difference!

I`ve done them using 25`s.......much better. Try the 25`s,pull to chest,hold for a second or two,and lower slowly.........you`ll feel it much better and save your lower back.
