I tried a little different workout today. I decided to use machines instead of free weights and I also went with higher reps than usual. Honestly, I liked the pump but as for a good workout, forget it. I much rather prefer free weights with the odd machine.
Total gym time: 50 min.

Have to agree also. Free weights over machines anyday! I thnk machines have hteir place for certain exercises but those are a small few. Free weights all the way. Still looked like a good w/o bro!

My students are good kids and the other staff are buddies of mine so, things will be a blast! Besides my wife, workouts, and you guys, I'm going to miss my new Jeep Cherokee. I just picked it up last night and I hardly had any time to enjoy it!! I guess I'll have to wait until the weekend.

Hey guys, I'm back! Trip went well. Did a lot of cardio while I was there and ate like an animal!!!! Here's the updated journal:
June 21/06
CARDIO - 45 min. Interval Setting on treadmill.
June 22/06
CARDIO - 30 min. HIIT on treadmill.
CARDIO - 30 min. Interval Setting on treadmill.
I did 2 sessions on Thursday.
