Sept. 22/06Life Machine Bench: 210 x 18 RP Chest stretch 40 x 60 sec. Icarian Shoulder press: 150 x 19 RP Shoulder Stretch 60 sec. EZ Bar Skull Crushers: 80 x 17 RP Tri stretch 50 x 60 Elite Pulldowns: 110 x 16 RP Pulldown Stretch 60 sec. BB Rows: 185 x 16 RP A great workout today. Once again, I managed to up the weights a little more during this cycle. I did change the chest exercise though. Originally I was using the Elite Bench which emulates the DB press. Unfortunately, I've been getting a lot of pain the shoulder so, I've decided to eliminate it. For the duratation of this cycle, I'm going to stick with the life machine bench which is a flat bench emulator. Once this cycle is done, I'm going to be looking at free weights again!!! ;D I can't wait because....I can't stand these machines!!!!

Good workout Terry! How do you cycle your exercises? Do you do the same ones each week? Thanks Joel! Each cycle lasts 2 weeks and continuously repeats. For example, I won't be today's exercises/workout for another 2 weeks. I'll still be working out chest, but using different exercises. In 2 weeks when I do this same workout, I'll try to increase the weight slightly (if at all possible) on the exercises. So far, I've been able to increase the weight each cycle for most of my workouts.

Chest stretch 40 x 60 sec.
Bradford Press 95 x 16 RP
Shoulder Stretch 60 sec.
Weghted Parallel Dip bodyweight+70 x 13 RP

CG Pulldown 190 x 15 RP
Pulldown Stretch 60 sec.
Partial Deads 365 x 10 275 x 15

A good workout today. I was able to increase the weight on most exercises again but as for the incline smith, I'm finding it hard on the shoulders. After this cycle is done, I've decided to use DB for the incline bench.
