8/30/06 1st attempt at legs since the toe incident.. Took it easy.Squat 315 x 8 365 x 5 405 x 2 Lunge 95 x 12 Leg ext 140 x 12 Stiff legs 225 x 12 225 x 12 Leg curl 110 x 12 #smileyspittngwater0lj# Took it easy hell! 405 on the squat rack is killer Rubes! Outstanding in my book with that toe of yours. For that matter the whole darn w/o looked great. Nice job!!

Taking today off. I am beat. My toe hurts. My legs are Frigg'n KILLING me. My upper back/traps is trashed from doing cleans and my forearm is pulled a bit!!!! Woooooowhooo, Now thats a good week!!!

What are Icarian Standing Side Lat's though?? Never heard of them and I'm always looking for a great shoulder (that's what it sounds like it is...) exercise!
