Keep it up Randy! How do you like doing high reps? High meaning 20? I like it for leg press.. Couple reasons. There wont be enough weight after progressing on them for a while if I go with lower reps.. 2nd is that this is my easy leg day. I squat on the other, so.... Is that what you meant? Did you mean the 10 reps?

Them are some big numbers on the legs!! I'm not even sure our leg press machine would hold the 14places per side - you're KILLIN me! Heck, maybe Serine (my wo partner) would be abel to finally sit on the sled and have someone press her haha. Awesome job hon, super strong and solid! Just the way we like it! ~C

I remember reading an old article about Casey Viator doing 20 reps with 330 on incline presses! It makes sense if you're moving alot of weight for reps you've got to grow!
