Got up and ran about 4-5 miles today. Walked some. Dont ask why. Every once in a while I feel like more conditioning is needed so I go off and run and sprint and train longer..

Well, the plan for now will be back to P/RR/S. I will be hitting each BP 1X per week for about 2 cycles (6 weeks). After that I will be hitting 1 lagging body part 2X per week for about 3-4 weeks while keeping all others at 1X per week. Then I will switch to another body part that needs special attention.

Sounds like a plan Randy, I've came to the conclusion that in order to make any progress at this stage of my life I'm going to have to vary my approach to training and the P/RR/S system just looks like the way to go!
