We'll see.. I do however think 250 is TOO low I usually eat around 300g when I'm dieting but I'm on fewer carbs. How much are you getting from protein powder?

Do you keep the dextrose all the way through your contest diet? Usually yes, last year I used the body fx mix without carbs. I don't think using pre and post workout carbs will inhibit the fat loss process. At least thats been my experience.
