I cant believe how tight you are keeping it Joel. Are you making gains? Randy, I can't believe how tight I'm keeping it either! lol But seriously it isn't difficult for me with the cheats here and there. I'm hanging around 205lbs. I actually lost a couple of pounds this week, weighed 202 at the gym the other day! I'm not making big gains but I wasn't making them when I was fat either! My goal now, in my old age, is to make improvements in my weak points. I don't think its realistic for me to try to bulk up to 240lbs. and then try to diet down to 195lbs. for a show, plus I hate how I look when I'm bulked up! I am however going to try to come in at my best ever condition this year and my strategy is to stay as lean as possible!

breakfast protein pancakes made with 8whites/2yolks/half cup cottage cheese/1oz.oats spray butter/sugar free black berry preserves
mid morning 6oz. tuna apple diet dew
lunch left over chicken fajita's 4 cups salad/ranch dressing two tortilla's diet coke
afternoon cheat meal hot wings buffalo wings chips/cheese dip
dinner 10oz. ground beef 3cups green beans
snack 1 cup cottage cheese pecans protein bar granola ;D

I agree on all counts Joel as far as the getting fat thing goes......I HAD to clean up my diet and really wasn`t eating all that bad,but as you said,it`s not like I`m putting on a ton of new size either way. Your strategy sounds perfect and I bet you look better than ever next season because of it!!

Thanks Tim, I'm about 6-8lbs. over my contest wt. I seem to be holding this condition without much trouble. I havn't been doing any cardio and I cheat occasionally.
You know, I'm not that crazy about cheat meals anymore! My wife and I just got back from Ruby Tuesday's and I had a bison burger/fries and the salad bar. I feel too full and just kinda bloated and it really just wasn't that good! I really do feel better and more satisfied just eating a good clean meal!

breakfast I'm on vacation until the 1'st! Slept in this morning for the first time in a looong time! Got up around 9:00am and Tina had made breakfast! Bacon, eggs and bisquits, I couldn't hurt her feeling's obviously! I didn't go over board though.
3 strips bacon 4 whole eggs over easy 1 biscuit
lunch protein pancakes/smart spread/sugar free preserves
snack 1 bag microwave lite popcorn
afternoon 6oz. tuna apple
dinner 8oz. eye of round 4cups salad/mozzerella/Newman's Own Vinegar&Oil
snack tuna salad frito's ;D
