Man you don't even want to know what I've eaten this weekend! TOTALLY blew it! Gonna get back on track tomorrow!

Can you believe it, I actually lost weight this weekend! I stepped on the scales at the gym this morning and I weighed 200lbs. even and that was with shoes on! I think I'm a little dehydrated and I know my eating schedule has been way off.
Got up and went to the gym early today so I started off with protein drinks.
pre workout 25g whey 5g creatine
post workout 50g whey 5g creatine bowl of granola cereal in skim milk
lunch 8oz. hamburger on a bun with lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard and ketchup. diet coke bannana pudding!
afternoon 6oz. tuna apple diet dew
dinner 8oz. eye of round 4 cups salad

I don't think its a good weight loss, mostly due to being sick and having my eating patterns thrown off schedule.
I'm trying to get back on course, I just don't seem to have much of an appetite.
breakfast protein pancakes/sugar free preserves
lunch 6oz. tuna 3 cups salad/mozzarella/vinegar and oil dressing

Well guys my diet has been thrown off considerably this week! I've been battling allergy's and haven't had much of an appetite. Just trying to get some food down! Got down to 198lbs. a few days ago!
breakfast 4oz. turkey 6whites/2yolks 1 serving oats
pre workout 25g whey 5g creatine
post workout same
afternoon 3 slices pizza (post workout carbs!) 25g whey 5g creatine
dinner TFC (Tina fried chicken!) Yum! ;D mashed potatoes green beans

Okay guys I'm getting back on track as of today! Starting to feel like myself again!
breakfast protein pancakes made with 6 whites/2yolks/1 half cup cottage cheese/1 oz. oats
lunch 5 oz. 96% lean ground beef 3 cups broccoli/smart balance margerine
afternoon 1 cup cottage cheese 2 oz. pecans
dinner 8oz. sirloin baked potato salad/ranch dressing
snack 1cup cottage cheese/2oz. pecans 4 chocolate chip cookies! ;D

Nice and consistant Joel.........I bet your waist/abs still look good !! I was looking fairly sharp right before Christmas, then I went though this round of whatever it was. I actually lost about 4lbs. but I'm not any leaner, actually look a little puffy and kinda flat. I'm going to increase my carbs a little over the next week, especially post workout. I don't think that I've been taking in enough at the right times.

I`m tightening things up a bit and eating lighter.
I`ll gradually make it stringent and add cardio and gradually make that tougher as far as longer duration and intensity goes.
This way I can tweak things much easier.
