Diet looks very tight Randy, good job! I know you like to eat… and dont tell me i'm wrong ;D … so do you feel hunger at this point of the diet? Is Jen fallowing you in this type of diet? Let me guess… she is cheating12 times a week and is already at 6% BF Speaking of cheat meal… how many do you allow yourself in a week? Why am i asking so many questions? Any updates on the Vermont project? Hehe! … and people in here is waiting for a new movie review… which movie is next?

I think. 2) I get to eat ALOT so it is very satisfying to me. Never hungry 3) I have a CARB UP meal on Wed night. Clean. I will cheat on Sat nights (Maybe just something like a potato), But on Sunday night its on!! Pizza, Popcorn, Fries, Ice cream, Sour patch kids, etc... 4) Jen cheats all day on Sat and sunday. She eats more like Keith (MC) which is the way I used to diet back when I first taught her. She is getting leaner despit all the fun food she eats. 5) I am still waiting on the Vermont project 6) I gotta get back to my movie reviews. I was waiting for The Mauricenator to come out!! ;D

Everything is looking good Randy! I am intrigued with your diet, its not real far from what I'm doing when I'm in full contest mode. I may have to get some pointers from you when I get ready to cut up this summer!
