Plate front raise x 3 drop sets 45/35/25 x about 10 each drop
Machine dip RP sets weights?? 3 sets of 4-10 RP sets
Overhead machine ext Same as above
Cable kick back 3 triple drop sets

Everytime I go back to conventional ways I end up switching back to this. Thanks to Mo... Brought out the old me!
