I know what you mean Randy. I've always had issues with training my legs too close to my back workout, especially deads! If my hams and adductors are already sore it is like you say Brutal!!

Sounds cool.
I get this NEED for COLD and CRUNCHY....did ai little research and found out it was a symptom of my anemia. So whenever the urge kicks up, I kick up my ferrous sulfate (iron) too.

This guy just dont know how strong he is... when he came to Montreal he was about to curl 60lbs.... so I said no way and I gave him the 70... 75 and 80.... and he did as many reps with them than what he would have done with the 60's AN ANIMAL!!!!
