3000 cals, damn that sounds good. I hit 2000 yesterday for the first time in probably 4 weeks. If i could eat 3000 i wouldnt know where to start. Oh yeah wait i do know chocolate chip cookie dough blizard..

Do you ever have problems with your elbows doing back?
I don't hyperextend or anything, but get about half way through my back wo and elbows are shot. Feels like ligaments/tendons.
Normally happens on Pulldowns and Rows.
Whatcha think?
