Meal # 2: 1 scoop whey in water 5 gms. creatine

Meal # 5: 2 scoops whey in water
Still sticking to 5 meals on the weekend because I`m less active.

Tim - I'm interested as to why you are eating whole eggs? I believe in them as well (read an article by Lee Haney once where he wondered why you WOULDN'T eat the whole egg), but so few bb'ers seem to be willing to eat that many yolks.

Rich,I honestly do not eat them too often except for the occasional 1-3 that I might include in my eggwhites.
My fats are usually pretty low as a rule, as are my carbs, so this weekend I decided to indulge in the whole eggs with more carbs in the form of baked potatoes........kind of a re-feed if you will.
I think whole eggs are awesome,but I rely mostly on whites only, simply because the yolks are calorie dense,ie. fat.
In the off-season,I`m a whole egg eating fool as opposed to just an old fool !! LOL ;D

I used to eat whole eggs exclusively when I was younger. I was on a much higher carb lower protein diet back then similar to the old Clerence Bass Ripped diet. I never ate more than 2-4 at a time though.

Joel,I`ll ask my partner if she has a decent camera...........if she does,I`ll tan a bit and take some shots.
Keith,right now in my honest opinion,I`d say I was 2-3 weeks out from hitting the stage,which means I may do Bev Francis` Metropolitan contest in April in NYC first,then the New Englands.
It really paid off staying leaner and I think I`ve made good improvements this year,though I`m not much bigger,I look a lot more complete.........so far anyway.
Gotta` watch out on the cardio and try to preserve size.
Might have to eat a bit more also,or cutback on cardio.
We`ll see how it goes.
