Meal # 4: 8 eggwhites scrambled with green peppers and onions 1 whole egg Diet-Coke
I`m now steaming the peppers and onions if I have them,rather than cooking then in olive oil.....too hard to track how much of the oil I`m ingesting.
If I want olive oil,I`ll now take it by the Tbsp.

Thanks guys......I`m starting to look much better!!
Joel,I simply cut up some raw potatoes,put them on cookie sheets sprayed with non-fat cooking spray and bake until golden brown.
Nothing fancy,but with a bit of ketchup,they taste great,and it`s still clean eating although it doesn`t taste like it is.
