Wed. Apr. 25th.
Back,Cardio:
Back: Rack Deadliffts: 135-15 (warmup) 225-12 (warmup) 300-10 365-10 430-10 315-15 I had to do these in a different rack which placed the bar higher on the leg, hence the higher than normal poundages.
I didn`t have access to the back room where the real power racks are,but these felt great !!
Barbell Rows With Head Braced: 90-15 115-12 135-10 115-12 We rested our heads on a towel on a 45 degree incline bench.
Dumbell Pullovers: 70-15 85-12 100-10 **New PR**
Previous best was 8 reps for the longest time.....hard to clear the face without losing blood but I squeezed them out.
Super-Set: {Stiff-Arm Pulldowns: 3 x 12 with 6 plates (held at thighs for 2 seconds) {Low Pulley Rope Rows To Waist: 3 x 12 with 10 plates (awesome stretch)
Pulldown Combo: Extra Wide Behind Neck Pulldown-1 x 15 with 7 plates, then immediately into Undehand Grip Pulldowns for another 15 reps, same weight.
Cardio: 30 minutes walking on indoor track
Another psyched up intense workout.....feeling really good lately and trying to go balls to the wall.

Training on a zero carb diet has never looked so intense! You seem focused… and if it shows on your physique as in the intensity and poundage of your workouts… some bodybuilders are going to be scared in New Englands!
Solid Tim!

Thanks guys, like I said,I`ve been really psyched and my training partner has been pushing me hard as well. I would love to win the Masters New England after so many tries. If anyone better than me shows up,I might have to pull a Tanya Harding on their kneecap! LOL

Haha! Better idea, you could mess his tan by offering this person to "help" him with his color… because we always need someone to help us applying the dream tan cream, dont you agree?
