Tim! Your training is awesome man!!! 2 comments...let me get this right.... Your female training partner "spits"? And the both of you did "balls out" training? ....Only in bodybuilding could I understand what that truly means, but laugh at what subtle inuenddo's it "could" mean! [glow=red,2,300] "Keep it up" [/glow] ;D Bro!

Tim!
Oops...one more comment in response to your "Tanya Harding" comment!
I too, had similar thought before...
Class had 6 people in it.......all pretty close...guy was standing behind me..VERY oiled up, and was standing at the top of about 10 stairs...hmmmmmmmmmm...just"one little bump" would lock me into 5th..hmmmm...
Naaaa.....with my luck, he'd move, and I would go down the stairs!
Nasty little buggers, ain't we?!

Sorry Tim!
All kidding aside, you are a fortunate man to have a training partner as dedicated as you!
I AM jealous! Especially since I lost my training partner (mywife) to the dark side (powerlifting!)
Admittidely, I have learned a lot from her and her trainer (who wants ME to turn to the dark side too!) So we do have a fun time in the gym, kidding each other, about who can lift more, bumping shoulders as we pass in the gym!
And anyways....who else could look at their training partner, right in the eye, and truthfully say............YOU LIFT LIKE A GIRL! LOL! ;D

Just kidding with you Frank, hence the smiley!!
She is gorgeous, but sure doesn`t lift like a girl..........I wouldnt train with anyone that doesn`t give 110%........100% of the time.
If you said that to her face..........watch out! ;D #akicksballs2hu#

Mon. Apr. 30th.
Quads,Calves:
Quads: Once again, taking a tip from Karrie on these leg presses by doing one leg at a time, immediately followed by both legs.
Thanks Karrie,I think these bad boys coupled with the rest of my leg routine, plus the stadium stair skipping, has improved my leg seperation and tightened up my hams/glutes a bit too.
Last leg day before the contest which is this coming Sunday.
Unilateral Leg Press/Leg Press Combo: 3-45 pounders a side 15/15 totalling 30 reps per set. 3-45 pounders and 1- 25 pounder a side 15/15 totalling 30 reps per set. 4-45 pounders a side 15/15 totalling 30 reps per set. 5-45 pounders and 1- 25 pounder a side 15/15 totalling 30 reps per set. 2-45 pounder and 1- 25 pounder a side 15/15 totalling 30 reps per set. Only rested long enough for my partner to do her set and change weights..........it was brutal and the oxygen debt was insane!
Dumbell Lunges: 25-20 35-15 30-20 Did these one leg at a time with my lead foot on a platform............legs were like Jell-O already.
Leg Extensions: 90-20 90-20 90-20 Never did this much weight on this machine for 3 x 20.
Adductor Machine: 110-30 150-20 190-15
Lying Leg Sled: 10pl.-20 (5 close stance,5 med.,5 wide,5 more close)
Calves: Leg Press Calf Raise: 6 x failure, pyramiding up in weight, plus half reps to failure on all sets.Went up tp 5 45`s plus a 25 pounder per side.
Insane intensity and skin tight pump!!

Thanks guy`s.......I hope the changes are noticeable Keith.
The show is this coming Sunday in Boston.
Personally,I think I have better leg seperation, tighter glutes and hams, and the rest of my body is looking tight.
Once I cut sodium, drop water, and add some carbs,I should look a bit better than I did at the Mets.......hopefully anyway, the New England is a real tough contest.

Now....does it FEEL that way? Or are you doing that unofficial "Moon Pose" and looking?

Tim, I have religiously read your journal since your last show and I can tell you that your focus and determination has been out of this world since then! So no doubt in my mind… you'll display an even better package this week end! (even if the last package you brought is hard to beat)
You rock buddy!
