T-Man thats a kick ass w/o my friend! tearing it up as always i see. What do you use for your asprin and how much and often? I take an ecy stack but have been curious about the eca stack. I don't take any aspirin anymore but when I used to it was just 200 mg. I read somewhere that aspirin isn't necessary for the ECA stack to be effective. It's only real function is to thin the blood. It is usally taken 3 times a day, 1 hour before meals. I find the EC works great on its own though.
